Every Day Retired Hardware Sits Costs You
Data Risk
Unwiped drives are a breach waiting to happen.
Floor Space
Retired racks take up colocation space you pay for.
Compliance Exposure
HIPAA, GLBA, SOX and GDPR all expect proof of destruction.
We move fast so decommissioned gear leaves your floor. Most quotes go out the same day.

Frequently Asked Questions
What standard do you follow for data destruction?
We follow NIST SP 800-88 guidelines: purge by degaussing or cryptographic erase where appropriate, and destroy by physical shredding to the particle size your policy requires. The method is documented for every asset.
How fast can you quote and schedule?
Most quotes go out the same day. Pickups are usually scheduled within a few business days, and large decommissions are planned around your migration timeline.
What do you need to quote?
An asset list or rough counts (racks, servers, drives, network gear), the site address, access details such as loading dock and elevator, and whether you need on-site shredding.
Can drives be shredded on site?
Yes. Mobile shred trucks can destroy hard drives and SSDs at your facility so media never leaves your control, with serial number capture and video on request.
Do you provide serialized reports?
Yes. Drives and assets can be scanned by serial number at pickup and at destruction, so your report ties each serial to a destruction date and method.
What happens to the metal and components?
After data-bearing media is destroyed, the remaining material is recycled through certified downstream partners. Nothing goes to landfill and you receive recycling documentation.
Do you handle full data center decommissions?
Yes. De-installation, de-racking, cable removal, packing, logistics and destruction or recycling, coordinated as one project with one point of contact.
Do we get a Certificate of Destruction?
Yes, on every job, along with chain of custody records and serialized reports where requested.
Which locations do you cover?
All major US data center markets and most other locations nationwide. If your site is not listed, contact us. We still cover it.
